The company was registered as a business in 2004 by the founder Mr. George Achieng as a self-help youth group. It had 10 members who had a vision of caring for their environment by collecting disposable and recyclable waste. The aim was to uplift the living standards of members by supporting them on educational matters, health care and personal development whilst keeping the environment clean.

The venture was started with little cash from well-wishers and considerate companies who donated needed tools and equipment and also gave us an opportunity to collect waste from their site yards.

Over 16 years Boredo Supplies Limited has consistently improved its services to the community, increasing its income by efficiently managing different waste streams.
